1. What are the acceptable payment methods ?

2. Product Returns: what is the procedure?

Note: some products like books, software, compact disks and tapes, or for hygienic reasons cosmetics and some beauty devices, are not returnable unless an obvious factory defect is detected in the product.
Most Important: never try to ship any item to us without prior authorization. Loss or delay are probable results of unauthorized shipping.

3. If I return a product how long will I have to wait for a refund?

Usually allow 5 to 7 working days for a refund to appear on the statement.

4. Who pays the shipping charge for returned products?

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 10% handling charge is applied on ALL returned merchandise and canceled orders. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee policy, and also a 12 month warranty against factory defects.

In order to return a product you must first call or e-mail us so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number. Please make sure that returned merchandise is in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, all accessories and free gifts. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all free shipping items returned.

5. What is the Cost of Shipping ?
A minimum 11.95 USD shipping charge is usually required within USA/CANADA. Orders are usually shipped the most cheaply, i.e., via regular postal mail.
Other alternatives such as UPS are also available at customer's request.

6. How long after placing my order with will the merchandise ship?
For regular orders, all items in stock will be shipped same day (Motifs), or next business day (M-T-W-Th-F) immediately after processing.

For out-of-stock items, we will offer the option to either wait a short period until the item is available, to adjust your order. In the event of back orders or adjustments, we will contact you by email or telephone in order to confirm your request. We want to provide the best service to you before and after the sale.

7. After I place an order, when will my credit card be charged?
When the order is shipped.

8. How do I get a tracking number for my order?
Upon shipment, we will immediately email an invoice with the tracking number to the email address that you provided during the ordering process.

9. If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment, and often can economize on shipping costs by packing items together. Your orders can arrive in one shipment or multiple shipments, depending on your request and the size of the items. Generally, it costs less to have your order sent in one shipment; however, this may cause delays if some products are back-ordered at the time you order them.

10. Does offer international shipping?
We accept orders for delivery worldwide. If you are outside North America and want to place an order, please check with us for details of our international orders policy .

11. Can you re-route my package?
We cannot re-route any packages once the package is in transit, but we willingly accept adjustments of address information before shipment. If you have an adjustment to make, please contact us by email, telephone or fax as quickly as you can.

12. Is there a charge for cancelled orders?
If an order has not yet been shipped, there is no charge for cancellation. When an order has already been shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
