BACK ORDERS AND ADJUSTMENTS :
If a product runs out of stock, we will give you the option to either wait a short period until the item is available, or offer you to adjust your order. Regarding any back order or adjustment, we will contact you by email or telephone in order to confirm your request.
 
IMPORTANT CLAUSES
- All items in stock are shipped same business day after processing. Therefore, any alterations or cancellations may not be accepted after your order submission.
- We offer a 30-day money back guarantee policy, as well as 12 month warranty against factory defects.
Shipping charges are not refundable for any shipment, including cancelled or refused orders.
- Products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any damage, defects or missing parts must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt.
- Product images are for illustration only and descriptions of goods are for guidance only, and shall not constitute the contract sale by description.
Errors and Omissions excepted. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our website offers a wide variety of innovative products. We accept and deliver orders worldwide,shipping charges displayed here on our site are meant for US and Canadian destinations only.

For international deliveries (Outside North America), shipping charges are not quoted in the offered package and therefore are not included in total amount on checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation after submitting your order and be advised of the shipping charge for delivery to your destination soon after.

To confirm your order with us, a photocopy of both sides of your credit card with signature on it to be sent to us by fax or email is necessary. Note that personal information collected here is for the purpose of processing payment only and will be kept confidential. Your credit card will not be charged and order will not be shipped until we receive your reply accepting the correct delivery charges. We will need to contact you for confirmation on shipping charges prior to shipment outside North America, so please be sure to include your phone and fax numbers together with your email address. Shipping charges do not include any local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges upon delivery.

For your information, international shipping charge varies according to distance and weight. Delivery time also depends on location and the shipping method of your choice.

 
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Regular orders will be shipped on every business day. Orders are usually shipped via regular postal mail the cheapest way.
Other alternatives such as UPS are also available upon client's request.

Shipping Costs for Multiple-item purchases: we try to save you money by combining multiple items into single shipments. Multiple-item shipping usually costs less than the sum of single-item shipping charges. Because we do this, we cannot know the actual multi-item shipping cost in advance. We provide an estimated shipping charge at the time of purchase. If we can combine items in packing, the shipping charge will often be less than the estimate.

All shipping charges are payable by customers. Shipping charges depend on shipping address and the weight of the items.$5CAD/$5USD handling fee will be applied for order less than $15CAD/$15USD (Excluding shipping). Shipping charges and handling fee are not refundable.
Shipping Insurance is mandatory for all actual shipments and is included in the shipping cost.
It is always the customer's responsibility to send any exchanges/returns back to us freight prepaid. Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all free shipping items returned.
 
PAYMENT TERMS
It's easy to make a purchase at our web store. For your convenience, we accept:

5. T/T ( Minimum order of $200 is required. )
6. Personal Cheques, subject to approval. Cheques Returned Unpaid are subject to a US$30.00 processing fee.
7. Company Cheques, Cheques Returned Unpaid are subject to a US$20.00 processing fee.
8. Payment Terms are available for qualified customers. Available payment terms are 15 and 30 days net from the invoice date. Delinquent balance is subject to 1.5% interest on monthly basis.
9. Note that Shipments to Canadian Destinations are subject to tax
We are bound by law to apply the GST (Goods and Services Tax) and, when applicable, HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), to shipments to all Canadian destinations. The amount of tax can vary depending on which province we will be shipping to
 
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee policy, as well as 12 month warranty against factory defects. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, and a 10% handling charge will be applied on ALL returned merchandise and canceled orders.

2. Call or email us to get a Return Authorization Number.

4. IMPORTANT: please contact us first before returning any product.
5. Returns and Exchanges must be assigned a Return Authorization Number within 30 (2) days after delivery. Packages without Return Authorization Number may be refused.
6. Return item to us pre-paid. Use postal mail or UPS but NO other carriers unless (2) (2) otherwise instructed. Use of the wrong carrier could result in loss.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.

Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all free shipping items returned.

Some products like books, software, compact disks and tapes are not returnable unless an obvious factory defect is detected in the product.
 
REPAIR POLICY
1. Before returning any product to us for repair, contact us for a Repair Authorization. Call or email us to get a Repair Authorization Number, normally as part of the Product Return process (above). We may provide some trouble-shooting steps to follow to help determine if the product is in need of repair, or if the problem can possibly be addressed through correct operating methods, etc.
2. Once you have a Repair Authorization, follow the steps of the Return Policy (above), ensuring that the product is packed properly to prevent damage during shipping. Note item 4 in Return Policy (ship pre-paid by postal mail).
3. Within warranty period -- we will make repairs free of charge except when product has been improperly used or handled (including improper packaging during transport), abused (intentionally or unintentionally) modified or tampered with. The warranty is invalidated for damage by fire, flood, explosion, electrical power failure, or an act of God.
4. For parts defective due to manufacturer's fault, we cover the cost during the warranty period. Parts damaged by misuse, or after the warranty period has ended, may be replaced at customer's expense. Note that consumable parts and accessories are not covered by warranty.
5. If a product needs repair within the warranty period, and can be repaired, we will repair it. If it cannot be repaired, we may replace it with a new product. The decision to replace rather than repair, during the warranty period, is at our discretion.
